Our winemaking team blends Chardonnay from multiple, cool-climate sites all with diverse soil, to create an elegant Chardonnay. Cooling breezes from the San Pablo Bay help preserve the acidity and allow for even ripening patterns at these vineyards located in a variety of sub- appellations, including steep-sloped Mount Veeder, Coombsville on the valley floor and Los Carneros, where daytime temperatures rarely exceed 80 degrees.

Our Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley 2019 was handcrafted from fruit grown in premium vineyards that truly express the diversity of terroirs in Napa Valley. This wine showcases flavors from a range of sub-appellations, stretching from the mountain slopes of Atlas Peak, Mount Veeder and Spring Mountain, to the Rutherford hillside, to valley floor vineyards in the Oak Knoll District, Coombsville, Oakville and St. Helena, blended to create the essence of Napa Valley.

Our winemakers pay homage to the heralded region of Bordeaux in our Left Bank Napa Valley 2019, a delicious blend of deliberate proportions of the five distinct varietals most used in Médoc. Five varietals comprise this Cabernet Sauvignon dominant wine that hails from five sub-appellations – Coombsville in the southeastern corner of Napa Valley, rugged Atlas Peak on the region’s eastern slopes and, from different parts of the valley floor, Oak Knoll District, Rutherford and Oakville. Each sub-AVA brings its own unique terroir and characteristics, thus allowing our winemakers to craft a wine with complex and rich aromatics and lingering flavors.

We pay homage to the Saint-Émilion region in Bordeaux with our Right Bank Napa Valley 2020. Our winemaking team delighted in blending this wine, which was made using a vast selection of different coopers, all French oak of course, with a range of toasting levels and sourced from various forests throughout the country. The final result is our version of the perfect match of Merlot and Cabernet Franc. 

Our 1155 estate vineyard surrounds our terrace and fountains and takes its name from the address of our winery. Our winemaking team crafted this wine with a dollop of Sémillon for richness. The complex and aromatic flavor profile features citrus balanced with bright acidity and freshness. This small-production wine, a perfect toast to the warmer weather ahead, always sells out a little sooner than we would like. Limited Availability.

Our winemakers used all five Bordeaux varietals to craft our Cabernet Sauvignon-dominant Rosé Reserve. Continuing to transition from the saignée method to whole cluster pressing resulted in exciting complexity and light and lively characteristics in this wine which was fermented 70% in stainless steel tank and 30% in neutral French oak before six months of aging in the same composition.

We consider our Late Harvest to be the liquid gold of VinoSensei. This wine has the potential to age for over a century, but understand if you decide not to wait that long.
